The Current List of HUD Advertising Copy No-No's

Holy smokes! This is a new list of HUD disapproved advertising words my broker just sent to me. There are fines (double actually) associated with them. I am anti-discrimination as much as any politically correct person. I agree with many of them actually. But. Wow.

An ad can say: "House for sale" oh wait, can it? What if some people can only afford to rent an apartment, will they be disaffected by my term "house"? OK, OK, OK, I have it what do you think of this one? "Dwelling space available". That leaves at 11:20am today: 6,993 listings in Boca Raton for me to look at.

Here's the list:
