I will try to get some interesting conversations going. I play one heck of a devil's advocate. I am in SE Florida so my posts will be a little Floridacentric...but that is how real estate is, its local. Please feel free to tell us how it is in your neck of the woods.
I would like to start a dialog about the future of real estate. I know it's a very broad topic, feel free to mention something that you feel comfortable discussing. Financing, design, planning, engineering, sales, leasing, marketing, acquiring; whatever you like.
The question is:
When markets cycle, things change. Businesses adapt and things are done differently. What do you think will be different when we get though this tunnel?
